Ordering
How do I order a custom race poster?
Simply select your race from our collection, customize your poster with your name, finish time, and other details, then add it to your cart. You can preview your poster before purchasing to ensure everything looks perfect.
Can I order a poster for a race not listed on your site?
Yes! Use our "Request a Race" form to submit your race details. We add new races regularly based on customer requests. Most requested races are added within 2-4 weeks.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at [email protected]. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.

What sizes are available?
We offer posters in multiple sizes: 12"x16" (30x40cm), 18"x24" (45x60cm), 24"x36" (60x90cm), and custom sizes upon request. All posters are printed on premium 250gsm matte paper.
What information can I include on my poster?
You can customize your poster with: your name, finish time, race date, bib number, pace, and a personal message. Some designs also allow you to add your country flag and race position.
Are the posters framed?
Posters are shipped unframed to ensure safe delivery and allow you to choose a frame that matches your decor. We recommend professional framing or standard poster frames available at most home stores.
What is the print quality like?
We use professional-grade printing on premium 250gsm matte paper with archival inks. The result is a museum-quality print that will last for decades without fading.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location: USA (5-7 days), Europe (7-10 days), Rest of World (10-14 days). Express shipping options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our production facilities in the USA and Europe. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How are posters packaged?
Posters are carefully rolled in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes to prevent damage during transit. Larger orders may be shipped flat in reinforced mailers.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order status in your account dashboard.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Is my payment information secure?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your poster, contact us for a full refund or replacement. Custom orders can be refunded if there's a printing error on our part.
What if my poster arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost. Please keep the original packaging as it may be needed for the shipping claim.

Can I get a digital version of my poster?
Yes! Digital downloads are available for most designs. You'll receive a high-resolution PDF and JPG file that you can print locally or use digitally.
What file format is the digital download?
Digital downloads include both PDF and high-resolution JPG files (300 DPI) suitable for professional printing up to the selected size.
