24 HOURS OFSPA
The Ultimate GT Challenge — Where Eau Rouge meets 24 hours of unpredictable Ardennes weather and world-class GT racing.
The History of Spa 24h
A century of Belgian endurance racing excellence
The 24 Hours of Spa is one of the oldest endurance races in the world, first held in 1924—just one year after Le Mans. The race has evolved from touring cars to become the world's premier GT endurance event.
Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps is revered as one of the greatest racing circuits ever built. The 7 km track flows through the forested hills of the Ardennes, featuring legendary corners like Eau Rouge/Raidillon—a fearsome uphill left-right-left combination that separates the brave from the merely fast.
The Ardennes weather is infamous. Rain can appear in one sector while another basks in sunshine. Teams must constantly adapt strategy, and drivers must handle conditions that change lap by lap.
Today's 24 Hours of Spa features the world's best GT3 machinery and drivers. Factory teams from Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes-AMG, BMW, Audi, and Lamborghini battle through day and night, with grids regularly exceeding 60 cars.
The race is the crown jewel of the GT World Challenge Europe and attracts over 70,000 fans to the circuit each July.
